FIRST LETS TALK ABOUT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE ON WEBSITE.

  pinkparadise.com was actually an amazing shopping site.

I found the site easy to follow, it is very organized (color,product,brand name ) .

They have a large variety of contact lenses and all look amazing.  I love the fact that some of the contacts had live pictures from either a model or from buyers who have posted them on face book. I actually i wish all colors /brands showed how the contact looks on. 

Overall the site was easy to follow, check out was easy and their follow up on my order was great.

Their customer service was amazing and shipping  ( i got the  4-7 day shipping for $14.95)was good ( i got them 1 day earlier than i thought i would)

 The items were all very nicely wrapped and sealed safely in bubble wrap and tape inside a cushioned envelope.

like how i blanked out my address <3 

 and it also included a free   contact case

 which i think is the cutest thing EVER!!!!

and some fun bang holder thingies to use when i do my makeup/apply contacts

Anyway..... 

after madly unwrapping the bubble wrap and tape 

there was 2 small glass bottles that contained my wonderful contact lenses. One lense per bottle

To open these little suckers it does take a wee bit of patience and possibly a butter knife or strong fingers ,because getting the little seal off sometimes isn't so easy.

 you basically pull up the little plastic top by pushing it up with your thumbs.

after pull the seal off by twisting the bottle.

this can fail since sometimes the seal separates from the top plastic.

this is where a nice butter knife can help you take it off =p

once its off , there is a second white plastic cap . just pop that off and voila there is your nice little contact!

 i poured out the contacts and the saline solution they came in into a small bowl

i then took some replenish saline solution i picked up at target for i think $4 or 5 bucks.

and cleaned out my contacts as well as pouring some solution for them to soak in for 6 hours before i wore them.

 NOTE: Cleaning contacts is very important. replace saline solution after every use and make sure there is no fuzz or dust on them . even the smallest amount can harm your eye.

 After letting them soak and a good 10 minutes on each eye ( well more like 5) i got the contacts in..

HERES A CREEEPTASTICAL  makeup less picture of me with one contact in.

the color in my opinion is very natural looking and blends pretty well with my eyecolor  which as you can tell is a greenish/hazel.

OH man i am a winner with creepy not so cute pictures.

but point is they look pretty amazing! 

went putting them in yes i had a super hard time but that's because i blink a lot and almost never wear contacts

my eyes don't like the strange things i do to them sometimes hhaah

they contacts themselves once in, are very very comfortable. they took less than a minute to get used to them being in.

i could barely feel them.

They did however burn for a bit but not a horrible feeling, and like i said it didn't last very long .

I see perfectly fine ever when blinking or moving my eye a lot.

NOTE: i havent worn these for longer than 2.5 hours so i dont know how they feel for long days. When i do i will report back or add a note at the bottom of this post.

I absolutely love these contacts and i cant wait til i wear them with my ariel costume <3

Here's an overall score for all aspects of this product.

I will be scoring in Sparkling Hearts instead of Stars simply because i want to haha and it makes sense to me.

A TWIST TO MY DAILY BLOG . A LITTLE HAIR TUTORIAL

HAIR A HOT MESS? 

HAHA HERE'S A EASY 5 MINUTE SOLUTION

 Things you will need

1.hair comb

2.hair brush ( red hairs not needed,sorry guys i forgot to clean it before i took the pic)

3.Some sort of mousse,hairspray something to control your mane.( even lotion is an option)

4.Bobbie pins! <3 at least 6-8 ( i keep a baggie of them in my makeup bag just in case)

Step 1

Brush out all your tangles 

Step 2

part your hair

i like a side part 

 Step 3 & 4

take one of the sides and begin to twist hair inward and pinning down .Repeat for the other side.

Step 5

Continue on both sides following the crown and curvature of your head until both sides meet at the bottom .

NOTE: there is no need to have perfect smooth hair. this is a messy look. 

 Step 6 & 7

twist both sides into a big twist.

roll the twist inward 

 FACT: sometimes i just roll hair carelessly and just pin it without twisting it together and neatly rolling it down .

Its an easier less technical way of doing this but you will get a rats nest after.

 Step 8

add a cute clip.

i like flowers but anything will work :D

AND YOU ARE DONE! 

Hair is out of your way and u have a flirty fun up do .in 5 minutes or less!

Oh the Shame

GUYS honestly , i am so so so sorry.

I suppose its because I'm so  new i cant come up with enough topics/ motivation to blog daily. I try but some days i just sit at the screen with no good thoughts or things to share. its pretty depressing but I'm working on it.

Lately i have been pretty unmotivated to do anything, i just want to sleep all day. 

Anyway i tried making a salt water hair spray, it didn't work so well so im going to try again tomorrow and see if i can blog about how that goes.

also I'm excited because in the next two weeks i should receive my extensions and my new blue contacts from pinkparadise.com

i also think i want new makeup from sugarpill..or limecrime.

im going to treat myself to fun stuff .

any suggestions?

Expect more ... PAY LESS!

Expect More ... Pay Less. That's target's motto & honestly i think its right on, & i don't just say it because i work there. I love the place. All items are decently priced and once in a while you find a good "Online Only" or "Clearance" items. I found a few. =]

The first item i found was a Shimmer strips custom enhancing mascara due for GREEN eyes from physicians formula

Its a double mascara with a typical black side and a FUN lime green color for a pop of color and eye color enhancing.

Both brushes are the synthetic plastic mascara wands with small bristles (which I'm not a fan of)

the black color wand is much bigger which i love. 

The formula is really thick for both colors and can apply a bit clumpy  ( i don't mind clumpy lashes so it doesn't bug me )but if done carefully it shouldn't be a problem to remove clumps.

Its just a bit of extra work.

The 3 looks recommended are all fun 

but in my opinion the 1st "fun" look with just the green is a bit silly . Maybe for St.Patrick's Day or for costume but i would never  wear this alone.

The 2nd look is a typical black look .Nothing to say there other than I'm glad i have the option.

the last look is a combined look that recommends to apply the black under and highlight the lashes with the green to get a fun dramatic look.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this look. and it indeed makes the little it of green i have in my eyes pop ! :D

(BTW I don't have green eyes , mine are hazel)

Overall the mascara is okay. my lashes look full but not much longer the colors do their job of making the color pop and for getting it at 30%+ my 10% employee discount. I'm not complaining. 

I definitely recommend this mascara if you need fullness and would like a pop of color to your mascara. 

The second item was the H.i.P Studio Secrets , HIGH INTENSITY Pigments BY L'OREAL

In color 918, RESTLESS

( The color is a rich iridescent champagne color with a hint of pink) 

The size of the product is quite portable , i actually sometimes find i cant find it in my bag because its quite small.

The brush is also a good portable size and it fits perfectly in my makeup bag without taking up alot of space.

It isn't the best brush in the world but it does its job .

I absolutely love this color of highlight under the eyebrow and of course the inter eye area . 

i might even use it for cheeks and nose for a pretty glow when i do fairy characters.

(for those who don't know i do children's birthday parties as well as cosplay so i do alot of character makeup )

The color applies quite well and its very build able . I love that in a shadow because i have more control as to how much i put on. Sometimes stronger colors are a pain because with one tap you can look like a clown if you don't have control. 

I love it. most likely will become part of my daily makeup routine.

the last item i found was a H.i.P Color Truth Cream Eyeliner BY L'OREAL

In color 945,TEAL

This product is a very creamy cream liner .

This color is  a pretty dark teal with shimmer of the same shade.

The color transfers pretty well and you don't need much product.

It glides on very smoothly and creamy. 

The brush isn't my favorite , it actually kind of scratches when and so i use a angled eyeliner from Sephora.

The sizing is pretty good but the pot looks like you are getting more product than u actually get. There is alot of extra bottling. 

kind of deceiving but if you read the size of the product you shouldn't be shocked right?

it actually has 0.15 oz (4.5 grams ) of product which is pretty good for 5.34 :D 

I absolutely love this shade and i think its a great way to add color with out going all crazy with shadow.

plus its so easy to handle its kind of hard to mess up which is a super plus when you aren't so good at lining .

definitely a good way to start with colored liner ,if you aren't used to it.

I actually really liked these items and I'm so happy i found them while i was wandering the aisles like a dork during my break

9. Deeeeep 3 minute miracle moisture treatment BY Aussie.
This conditioner is a hair savior. Honestly. My hair feels smooth and flowy when i use this product. Being someone that dyes her hair , i have pretty damaged hair but with this product my hair feels nice and healthy! I absolutely love it. The texture of the product is thick and creamy & it does not weight down my hair or make it greasy and gross.JUST PURE AMAZING!Plus it smells BOMB lol
I'm sure you can buy this at any drug store for no more than $4 .

8. Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Original : I honestly have tried so many primers for eye shadows and i ALWAYS go back to this baby. I apply it before my eyeshadow and it helps the color not only last long but to look vibrant and amazing. Ive paired this with the cheapest of shadows and they look So much better with this as a base. :D MUST HAVE. If you don't wear this as a primer might as well just not wear eyeshadow cuz its gonna look like crap. haha well its not gonna look as amazing as it would with this!

7. MAKEUP FOR EVER HD FOUNDATION: This stuff makes me look flawless. No concealer or powder needed ( altough i still apply it) . It leaves a smooth ,flawless finish to the face and does not feel cakey or heavy. I prefer it to any other foundation . its pure magic. AND when i worked at sephora every person i tried this on bought it. its too good.

6. Kat Von D EVERLASTING LIQUID LOVE LIPSTICK:
As i reviewed last night , this lip color is amazing. it applies as a lip gloss but dried a beautiful velvet matte color. It Last very long time and i don't have to worry about reapplying or smudging . The colors i have are great , colorful and vibrant , just how i like my lipstick. BOLD.

5. E.L.F liquid eyeliner in Black #4203: This eyeliner is smudge proof and most importantly very easy to apply. I don't have to pull my eyelid and i can have perfect winged liner in just a few minutes. so easy and so cheap.

4.Smith's Rosebud Salve: This is the most moisturizing lip balm I've ever come across.Not sticky at all and  It leaves my lips feeling smooth and flake free.
